The Enterprise Institute at the University of Neuchâtel solicits applications for a PhD position in management at the University of Neuchâtel starting 1st August 2019 or upon agreement.
•Complete a PhD thesis in management under the supervision of Prof. Emmanuelle Reuter
•Contribute to research and other scholarly activities
•Assist in administrative, teaching and research support for the supervisor
•Position ranges between 70% and 100%
•Master’s degree in management or in a related social science discipline (psychology, sociology, political science, statistics, economics, etc.)
•An interest in several of the following topics: innovation, strategy, decision making, cognitive perspectives, psychological theories, organisation theory, energy transition, sustainability
•Demonstrated expertise in empirical research methods (e.g. content analysis, experimental methods, case study analysis, etc.)
•Passion for research
•Demonstrated independence and initiative
•Ability to work in a multicultural environment
•Excellent command of English (oral and written)
•Good command of French or willingness to acquire it
